Allied Exteriors offers an Annual Maintenance Program that includes the following services:-

• Exterior cladding wash
• Inspection of exterior cladding system (including paint/coating system, waterproofing details, sealants, flashings, cladding junctions etc) 
• Full inspection report detailing cladding condition and maintenance recommendations
• Maintenance work to rectify any identified problems (if required)
• Repainting (if required)

Our Annual Maintenance Program is set up to accommodate stand-alone dwellings and multi-unit residential developments.
