Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Exterior Wall Systems

Allied Exteriors is the licenced distributor and installer of the Celcrete Panel Veneer System and the Celcrete Block Veneer System for the Auckland Region.

50mm Panel Veneer System

The Celcrete Panel Veneer System is an exterior wall system comprising autoclaved aerated concrete masonry panels:

• 50mm thick x 600mm wide x 2200mm long, with a density of 500kg/m3, approximately 1/5th that of standard concrete. 
• Celcrete panels are reinforced with vertical and horizontal corrosion protected steel.
• Celcrete panels are fixed to the timber wall frame using 40mm x 40mm x 200mm H3.2 timber batten ties creating a 40mm cavity between the panels and the structural framing timber.
• The installed Celcrete panels are coated with a reinforced plaster cladding system and painted. 

The Celcrete Panel Veneer system is suitable for single and double storey residential and light commercial construction. 

75mm Block Veneer System

The Celcrete Block Veneer System is an exterior wall system comprising autoclaved aerated concrete blocks:

• 75mm thick x 600mm long x 200mm (or 400mm) high blocks
• Celcrete blocks sit on a rebated foundation and are supported off timber or steel framed walls by standard brick veneer ties across a 40mm cavity. 
• Celcrete blocks are laid in stretcher bond to form the wall and are fixed with Celcrete thick or thin bed mortar.
• The installed Celcrete blocks are coated with a reinforced plaster system and painted.

Celcrete blocks are suitable for the external veneer of both single and double storey residential and light commercial construction. The Celcrete Block Veneer system is a direct alternative to clay brick or concrete block veneer.
